Ours was full of water the next day so that's what I did and they drained within an hour.

You can certainly choose to use wood screws if you prefer.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. An 18ft wide x 30ft long polytunnel (height of approx 9ft in the centre) needs a cover measuring 11.1m wide x 15m long. This is based on the polytunnel having a door frame at each end. If the tunnel has a door frame at one end only, please add 2m to the length of cover required. Hello, Thank you for your comment. Some parts could use shorter length bolts. The reason we use the bolts seen in the video is so that we don't have a big variation in the parts required, eg, different bolts required for if you have base rails on their own compared with if you have base rails, side rails and vent screens also. All of the timber we use is pressure treated to ensure it is suitable for the job at hand.

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. Timber base rails on garden polytunnels are always supplied with timber joiners, as shown at 2 minutes 27 seconds, to join the lengths of timber together. Ventilation by way of net panels in the doors, opening the doors on hot days, or having side ventilation installed helps to keep the air moving through the crops inside.
